Who is Pockimals?
Pockimals is a feel-good kid’s lifestyle company that is committed to offering children comfort and joy while being sensory friendly, helping with fine motor skill development, and supporting the mental well being and imagination in the little ones we love. Pockimals is based in Chicago and is run by moms.
How do you ensure quality?
From the first day Pockimals was started, our focus has been on choosing high quality fabrics that are soft but also durable. Pockimals spent over 16 months looking for the perfect factory partners that could bring our unique concept to life. We have engaged 3rd parties to inspect all items before they are shipped from the manufacturer. We work hard to bring you great quality, but we know we’re not perfect. If you ever receive a damaged or defective item, please let us know at hello@pockimals.com, and we will take care of you.
How do I wash my Pockimals items?
We recommend washing your Pockimals garments in cold water and drying on low. Pockimal animals can be spot cleaned with a damp cloth.
Do your clothes shrink?
Our clothes are NOT pre-washed. Our styles are 100% cotton so as with most cotton garments, we recommend washing them in cool water and drying on low if you use a dryer in order to prevent any potential shrinkage.
How much do you charge for shipping?
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, there are various ways/costs for shipping.
Standard Shipping: Via USPS. Variable cost based upon weight, usually between $3.90-$7.00
UPS Ground: $7.50
UPS 3 Day: $10
UPS 2 Day: $15
UPS Next Day: $35
When will I get my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed.
For Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, shipping may take 10-14 business days, and overnight shipping is not available.
Where are Pockimals products manufactured?
All Pockimals garments, accessories and animals are designed in the USA by our company employees. All of our products are manufactured in China by manufacturers that are certified in the global standard for working conditions and employment standards. Our packaging is manufactured in the USA.
Are your products safety tested?
Yes. We at Pockimals are committed to the health and wellbeing of children and their families. U.S. domestic manufacturers and importers of “children's products” are required to certify that their products meet all mandatory U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) safety standards. All Pockimals products are tested by an independent, US accredited testing lab according to CPSC safety standards. All of our products pass safety testing so you can breathe easy that your child will be safe and comfortable with our products.
What I want is currently out of stock. How long will it be to get restocked?
The time it takes to get a particular item back in stock varies. For an estimated time frame please email hello@pockimals.com. We also have the option to set up a notification as soon as we receive any specific colors and sizes you wish to purchase. Find the exact item and size on our website and use the "Get notified by email when this product is back in stock" button to receive an email as soon as it is back!
Do you offer any promo codes or discounts?
Subscribe to our emails to stay up to date with our latest promotions and discounts. Our website will always have sales and promos accessible right at the top.
How can I get a return label?
You can initiate your own return HERE and print a return label. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled on your computer, please select the option to receive the label via email instead which you can then download and print.
Please Note:
Return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Returns made to pockimals.com will be refunded in the form of the original payment method.
When returning items, pack them well to avoid damage.
You will receive your refund within one week of our receipt of the item.
Pockimals products purchased anywhere other than pockimals.com cannot be returned. Please contact the original seller about their return policy.
We take every care to ensure products are packaged well, but damaged merchandise may occur occasionally. Report the problem immediately to hello@pockimals.com. You will receive a reply with further instructions. Do not return the damaged or defective merchandise unless instructed to do so.

What if I need to change my order?
We will work with you to facilitate a change to your order, if you need to make changes to your order, you may email us within an hour of your order being placed, email us at hello@pockimals.com (Our business hours are 9:00 am CST to 5:00 pm CST)
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take 10-14 business days.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Chicago.
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of business operation are Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. Outside of these hours, we can still be reached via email hello@pockimals.com and will get back to you on the next business day.
Where can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link to track your order. If you have a Pockimals.com account, you can also track your order in your Order History.
Why haven't I received an email regarding my order?
If you did not get a confirmation for your order, it's usually for one of these reasons:
You may have an outdated email address on file
You may have opted out of all emails from Pockimals
You may have a spam blocker filtering email from us
Check the email you have on file in your account and turn off any spam blockers and check you Junk folder in case the email was sent there.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't offer international shipping at this time, although we're working on expanding our shipping areas in the future! We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S. Please note that delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses may take 10-14 business days.
Why can't I checkout?
Usually there is information missing in the required fields. Please check that all of the required fields are completed and then click the "Review your order" button to proceed with completing the order.

How do I know what size to buy?
Look for our size charts on each product page, which provide a range of estimated heights and weights for each size. If you are unsure, email us at hello@pockimals.com and we can help you.

What is your return policy?

Our exchange process is to initiate a return and then to order the replacement items online or email us for assistance.
Gift Cards
How do I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are listed on our product pages.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Gift cards are redeemed at checkout during payment. Simply enter your unique gift code in the field marked “Enter promo or gift code”.
Why can’t I use a promotion, discount, or store credit when purchasing a gift card?
Promotions and discounts cannot be applied to purchases of gift cards. BUT your gift recipient can use promotions or discounts for which they are eligible when they use the gift card.
Can I return a gift card?
Gift cards cannot be returned. If you place an order for a gift card in error, please contact us at hello@pockimals.com and we will do our best to assist you.
I made an error in the recipient's/my email—what do I do?
Contact us at hello@pockimals.com and we'll be happy to correct the error and re-send the email.
My recipient didn’t get the email with the gift card
We suggest first checking with your gift recipient to make sure it's not in their spam folder or promotions tab. If they’re still unable to find the gift card, please contact us at hello@pockimals.com so we can verify their email address and re-send the gift email.
Payments & Store Credit
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.
We accept Apple Pay.
Do you issue store credits ?
We do not issue store credits at this time. If you wish to return an UNUSED/UNDAMAGED and you are within the 30 day window, you will be issued a refund.

Do you offer any promo codes or discounts?
