Hilary Kurinsky - Co-Founder and CEO

Hilary and her family conceived the original Pockimals concept. Realizing it could work, Hilary sought out individuals with specific design and garment industry experience to help her bring the concept, and ultimately the product, to life. Hilary had a 15-year career at a global financial institution, where she worked internally, consulting with management on finding ways to bring business goals to life. Under Hilary’s leadership, the organization developed and implemented technology platforms and process improvements, as well as created an entire department dedicated to the success of the platforms. Hilary brings her management, technology, project management, communication and marketing skills to the Pockimals organization.

Ana Davis - Director of Design

Ana Davis is a designer, strategist, entrepreneur, and mentor. A fine artist by education, Ana got her feet wet in the professional world at a children's book publisher. Following her tenure art directing children’s books, Ana led a team developing and designing social expressions products. While working closely with executives, marketing managers, and manufacturing, Ana honed her strategic thinking and product development skills. The result is a hybrid designer/strategist with more than 20 years of experience developing products and brand language for commercial markets, guiding projects through the design and production process, and mentoring design staff along the way.

Tia Hild - Director of Sales

Tia Hild has a background that of 18+ years in the fashion accessories and apparel industry. Tia brings her trained design knowledge and imagination to help create clever ideas and bring unique visions to life through technical development and design. Tia has been part of successfully helping start up businesses thrive through commercial awareness, management, motivation, creative direction, communication, marketing, sales and thoughtfulness.
